IIRIS 360 started as a simple idea: combine cutting-edge visual technology with a passion for real estate and sustainability. Originally providing virtual tours across multiple industries, we quickly realised our true calling lay in transforming how buildings are designed, constructed, and experienced.

Drawing on a background in real estate—and countless hours of research into green building practices—we set out to create a service that bridges communication gaps, reduces wasted resources, and streamlines collaboration at every stage of a building’s life cycle. Our pivot into Green Building Tracking and Construction Tracking was a natural evolution, allowing us to focus our skills on what we care about most: improving the places where people live, work, and thrive.
